James's 60 Day Transformation
I was extremely surprised by the strength gains I got from the GripBeast. The first picture was from using the GripRing for about a month and a half. I burned through all the strength levels and I was easily able to rep out the black GripRing for 50+ reps. The second picture is from using the GripBeast for two months.
I'm a rock climber and arm wrestler so my forearm strength is extremely important to me, so going from repping 80 pounds to being able to now rep 120+, it transformed my performance in climbing and arm wrestling. And of course the 3 inch forearm gains were pretty sick too.
